Is Paper-Works free?
Yes. You can create up to 5 documents and use 5 PDF downloads or emails for free. Premium removes these limits, apart from a fair-use cap of 20 emails a day.
Do I need an account?
No. You can create, save and download invoices without signing up, and they stay in your browser. A free account keeps your documents in the cloud, syncs them across devices and lets you email them.
Can I add GST and my ABN?
Yes. Add your ABN to your business details and charge GST on the whole invoice or on individual lines. An invoice that charges GST is titled Tax Invoice.
Can I send invoices by email?
Yes. Send an invoice or quote with its PDF attached directly from Paper-Works. When your customer replies, the reply goes to your account email.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Paper-Works runs in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install.
Who can see my documents?
Documents in your account are private: other users cannot open them. Your browser also keeps a copy so you can keep working, so use a private window on a shared computer. AI translation sends the text you choose to our translation provider.
